B2B Team
Our B2B team handles all kinds of requests for travel agencies. You can find more detailed information in the detailed descriptions of the individual sections.
Our Agency Support team handles telephone and written inquiries from travel agencies.
Your contribution?
- You provide support with inquiries about rate conditions or help with system requirements.
- In order to master your tasks successfully, you will receive comprehensive training that will provide you with the necessary specialist knowledge. This will enable you to act as a group-wide, personal interface between our travel agency customers and the relevant departments.

Our “Group Sales Team” is responsible for selling and servicing group bookings from Austrian and German travel agencies, tour operators, as well as guests of the Lufthansa Group.
- As an employee in the Group Sales department, you will advise and support all matters relating to group bookings (9 or more people) by telephone and e-mail.
- A cross-departmental exchange within the Lufthansa Group will give you an exciting insight into various areas of responsibility and offer you the opportunity to expand your personal network.
PartnerPlusBenefit is the Lufthansa Group’s corporate bonus redemption program for medium-sized companies.
- As a member of this team, you will support our business partners by phone and e-mail with all their point redemption requests. These are for example: booking flights, seat reservations, extra baggage, …
- You are a confident contact person for Lufhansa’s business partners.
- You perform your tasks conscientiously and carefully – thus enabling our guests to enjoy a relaxing travel experience.
Feedback Management
As an employee in Feedback Management, you will process written requests for feedback, problems, praise, etc. from Austrian Airlines customers. The goal of your work is a happy and satisfied guest. Your job could therefore also be described as a “Customer Happiness Consultant”. With your warm and confident manner, you make an extremely important contribution to the loyalty of our guests.
Team Fulfillment
Our Fulfillment team is the central point of contact for everything related to airline tickets. You can find more detailed information in the detailed descriptions of the individual areas.
As an employee in the “Fulfillment Team” you are a specialist for all tickets issued on our website www.austrian.com. You process bookings after flight irregularities, rebookings or when additional services have to be booked and paid by the guest.
You do your job conscientiously. With your diligence you enable our guests to have a relaxing travel experience.
You provide telephone and written support to top Austrian companies that require our exclusive support in booking, rebooking or ticket issuing procedures. With your reliable and confident appearance, our business partners and guests know that they are in good hands.
Special Cases Desk
Our “Special Cases” team handles all special flight-related inquiries. Whether it concerns the transport of excess baggage, sports baggage, the transport of animals or for air travel of guests with medical requirements – the subject area is diverse. From booking to landing, we respond to individual wishes and transport requests – with many coordinated services, we ensure safety on board, act as a central interface and attach particular importance to well-organized travel preparations.
